Experience:

At OAC Consulting, experience drives informed decisions, anticipates challenges, and keeps projects on track and within budget. Our Founder, Jeff Lonardo, has over 30 years of experience as an Architect and builder, managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Since launching OAC Consulting less than two years ago, we’ve completed multiple projects, including two in critical condition—over budget, behind schedule, and struggling with poor communication. Brought in mid-project, we restored communication between stakeholders, resolved disputes, and realigned schedules and budgets, cutting the finish date by nearly seven months while rebuilding trust.

For the third project, we provided contract structuring and document review to prevent costly change orders. It is set to break ground this spring.

Whether tackling tight timelines, procurement challenges, or team alignment, we leverage our experience to drive project success.
