Jeff Lonardo

Jeff Lonardo is a seasoned leader in architecture and construction, bringing over 30 years of expertise to the industry. A native of Las Vegas, he moved to Salt Lake City in the early 1990s to attend the University of Utah, where he earned a postgraduate degree in Architecture, building on extensive hands-on construction experience gained throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
Throughout his career, Jeff has leveraged his deep industry knowledge and leadership skills to drive expansion, mentor emerging professionals, and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. As Associate Principal, Vice President, and Project Manager at Method Studio, he was part of a strong talented leadership team that played a key role in the firm's growth. During his tenure, the firm expanded from 12 employees to 120+ professionals across three states and has been consistently recognized as the “Best Firm in Utah” for multiple consecutive years.
Now, as the founder of OAC Consulting, Jeff brings the same visionary leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence that have defined his career. His deep understanding of architecture, design, planning, construction oversight, project management, and Entitlements ensures that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and integrity. Lorenzo Lonardo

Lorenzo Lonardo is the Vice President and a Project Manager at OAC Consulting, where he combines strategic leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with lasting value. A junior at Colorado State University, Lorenzo is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Project Management with an emphasis on Construction Management and holds a CCIPA ADA certification, underscoring his dedication to accessibility and thoughtful design.
Before joining OAC Consulting, Lorenzo worked at TD Williamson, a globally recognized leader in pipeline integrity. There, he specialized in data analysis and risk assessment to safeguard critical crude oil and gas pipelines. His work honed his ability to interpret complex data, assess risks, and develop strategic solutions—skills he has seamlessly applied to the construction industry.
Leveraging this analytical expertise, Lorenzo developed OAC Consulting’s Project Tracker, a weighted-value system that provides a real-time, accurate assessment of project completion across different phases and areas of a building. Paired with an Executive Summary, this tool enhances transparency, accountability, and efficiency, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and proactive in meeting project milestones. Its implementation has been widely adopted and highly effective in keeping projects on schedule and minimizing unforeseen delays.
Lorenzo’s passion for construction began at an early age, sparked by a fascination with bringing projects to life and the satisfaction of seeing tangible results. This enthusiasm translates into his collaborative approach at OAC Consulting, where he works closely with clients, architects, and contractors to streamline communication, resolve challenges, and drive successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Lorenzo is an adventurer at heart. At just 18, he traveled across the U.S. by Greyhound bus to the Canadian border and hiked the 300-mile Long Trail across Vermont into Massachusetts. His love for exploration didn’t stop there—whether backcountry backpacking in Yellowstone’s Lamar Valley or scaling rock walls as a climber, Lorenzo is always seeking his next challenge.
